Sunita Garg currently serves as your Beaverton School Board Member in Zone 4 and is running for re-election.
Sunita has been a resident of Oregon since 1988 and has resided in Beaverton since 1994. Both of her sons graduated from public schools in the Beaverton School District. During her time in Oregon, she has worked in a variety of positions in the Beaverton and Portland metro area as a certified public accountant (CPA). She is recently semi-retired and looks forward to devoting her time and energy to ensuring that all Beaverton School District students have access to a high-quality education. In her free time, Sunita enjoys reading, hiking, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Occupational Background: Worked at Pacific Star Communications, Inc. since 2009. Finance Controller from 2012-2020. Part-time Technical Expert and Accounting Manager since 2021
Prior Governmental Experience: Beaverton Committee on Aging (2020-present; Secretary 2021-present). BCOA offers representation, information, and education regarding issues concerning the aging population in Beaverton.
